An
adapted sun protection is essential to only benefit
the good effects of the sun without risking any
complications. Sun protections are classified by
Indice Protection. The higher the indice the stronger
the protection. The last researches have put in
evidence that UVA rays are as harmful in the long
term then UVB rays. Therefore it is necessary to
choose an indice protection as strong as the UVA
and UVB. The choice must take in account:
- The skin type ( the whiter your skin is, the stronger
the protection must be).
- The conditions in which you are going to sunbathe
( as strong is the intensity as strong must be the
protection: mountain, boat, tropical countries...).
This board will
help you choose the adapted sun protection in your
case : |
