take a breakfast rich with slow glucides : for example
unsweetened hot beverages (tea, coffee...) a 0%
yoghurt, a grapefruit and 2 rusks. |

- Take at least 45 minutes to eat.
- Eat at regular time.
- Chew well while eating in order to ease digestion.
- Have light diners. |

Never miss a meal
- Take your time, because weight loss fits in with
duration for a loss of nearly 1 kg per week.
- Avoid full-cream milk and more then 40% fat cheese
- Forget chips, cooked porc meats, mayonnaise and
pastries.
- Do not nibble between the meals only if it is
dietetical bars. |
