Scrubbing :
Exfoliating is the most efficient action to refine skin, remove dead skin cells, and stimulate cellular renewal.Skin becomes smoother, more resistant and more receptive to deeper cares. Start with two or three sessions per week and space the applications. Apply on a moist and clean skin. Scrub in a circular motion and insist in rough areas: elbows, knees.
Exfoliate before applying a body milk, or a sun tan lotion. Scrubbings are not recommended for sensitive skins or when you suffer from vascular problems.
